SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are shipped within two business days or 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Saturday and Sunday are not business days even though Synergy has events on those days.
We currently use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will notify by email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Synergy Paintball. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the items.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
